1) Refund Policy

Cash On Delivery/ Partially Cash on Delivery charges will not be refunded in the case of Customer reject orders, For approved return cases, refunds for prepaid orders will be processed within 3–5 business days and for Cash On Delivery Order 5-7 business days to the original payment method.

For replacement cases, the replacement product will be shipped after verification and approval of the issue.

2) Returns & Replacement Policy

At Akvaari, customer satisfaction is important to us.

We offer replacement or return only in cases where the product has a manufacturing defect, arrives damaged, or is not working properly. In such cases, customers must notify us within the specified return window along with proper proof such as images or videos.

Please note that returns or refunds will not be accepted if you do not like the product, change your mind after purchase, or are dissatisfied with the product quality despite receiving the correct and properly functioning item.

All approved return requests will be inspected before processing.

3) Shipping Time

We strive to deliver your orders as quickly as possible. Estimated delivery time is approximately 2–6 business days, depending on your location and courier service availability.

4) Tracking Information
